Nothing is impossible!

There are so many repairs we are doing to things that other jewelers told them could not be done. For instance we just lengthened a 14K yellow gold mesh watchband by adding an extension at the end. If you get no for an answer on something you want to do, just email me for a YES! Just look me up at http://www.susaneisen.com.

Every day is a new experience in my store

The jewelry business is amazing. Each day we get a new story. Today a lady came in with an old wedding band that she wanted updated for her 40th anniversary. We size it up, hammered it to give it a more contemporary look, and she loved it! It is amazing what a little bit of cosmetic work will do to an old wedding band with alot of sentiment behind it! I write about it in my new book, Crazy About Jewelry. See crazyaboutjewelry.net.
